By placing an order with Held Forever Studio, you agree to the following terms.

Our Products

All products are handmade and may have slight natural variations in colour, texture, and finish — this is part of their character and beauty, not a defect. Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the finished piece depending on your device settings. We do our best to represent our products accurately in all photographs.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any bespoke order, with the remaining balance due before dispatch. Once work has begun, changes to the design may not always be possible, so we encourage clear communication upfront. Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Your order will be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Held Forever Studio and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Held Forever Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
