By placing an order with Held Forever Studio, you agree to the following terms.

Our Products

All products are handmade and may have slight natural variations in colour, texture, and finish — this is part of their character and beauty, not a defect. Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the finished piece depending on your device settings. We do our best to represent our products accurately in all photographs.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any bespoke order, with the remaining balance due before dispatch. Once work has begun, changes to the design may not always be possible, so we encourage clear communication upfront. Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Digital Products

Digital products are licensed for your own personal and business use as a maker. You may print them, fill in the forms they contain, and apply what you learn in your own work, including work you sell.

You may not resell, share, redistribute or republish the files themselves, in whole or in part, whether free or paid, and you may not use their contents to produce a competing publication.

Digital products are delivered by instant download. Cancellation and refunds for digital products are covered in our Refund policy.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Your order will be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Held Forever Studio and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Held Forever Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
