Processing Time

Ready-made items are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Bespoke and custom orders have their own agreed timeline, which we will confirm with you at the time of order. During busy periods such as Christmas or Valentine's Day, please allow extra time.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. We take great care in packaging every piece to ensure it arrives safely.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days. Please be aware that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at official@heldforeverstudio.com. We will do everything we can to locate it and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
